Volleyball Recap: Edison Comes Up Short at Home Against Townsend Harris

Edison unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Townsend Harris Hawks on Tuesday.

Edison has already played their next match (against Queens Teaching), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Townsend Harris, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Metropolitan at 5:30 p.m. on October 6. The contest will give the Hawks their first taste of in-conference action this season.
