Fruitport won the last time they faced Godwin Heights and things went their way on Thursday too. The Trojans blew past the Wolverines 17-2. Considering the Trojans have won six games by more than nine runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Fruitport pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.3 runs over those games. As for Godwin Heights, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.
