Pullman waltzed into their contest on Friday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They came within a single point of losing the streak, but they secured a 49-48 W against the North Central Wolfpack. Those 49 points were actually the fewest the Greyhounds have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Vaughn Holstad had another great game (as he tends to do), dropping a double-double with 15 points and 13 boards. That's the most rebounds he has posted since back in December of 2025. Owen Brannan also deserves some recognition as he posted his first block of the season.

When it comes to explaining why North Central lost, don't look at Adie Wright. Despite the final result, he went 8-for-16 en route to 19 points and six boards. Miles Spencer was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Pullman's win bumped their record up to 16-3. As for North Central, they moved to 15-6 with that loss, which also ended their eight-game winning streak.

Coming up, Pullman will welcome Rogers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Central, they will head out on the road to challenge Cheney at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wolfpack will be up against the Blackhawks' rather soft defense (which has allowed 58.1 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
