Softball Recap: Shoals Christian Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Shoals Christian and Waterloo squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Shoals Christian had to settle for second. They fell 4-1 to the Cougars. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, with their most recent defeat being a 8-5 loss back in March.

Shoals Christian's loss dropped their record down to 13-20. As for Waterloo, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 23-14.

As of now, neither Shoals Christian nor the Cougars have any future games scheduled.
