Ellsworth entered their tilt with Scott on Monday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Beavers.

While Ellsworth won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-13.

Among those leading the charge was Kelli Rodriguez, who had ten digs and one assist.

Ellsworth was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September.

Player #10 and Crissa Irvin certainly did their best on Monday to avoid the loss. Player #10 had ten digs and one assist, while Irvin had ten digs and one assist. Player #10 has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last four times she's played.

Ellsworth's win bumped their record up to 29-8. As for Scott, their loss dropped their record down to 15-22.
