Basketball Game Preview: Kenai Central Kardinals vs. Chugiak Mustangs

The Kenai Central Kardinals and the Chugiak Mustangs will round out the year against one another at at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.

Kenai Central's tournament run continued when they took on Seward on Saturday. Kenai Central fell 38-30 to Seward. The Kardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

They now have a losing record at 1-2.

As for Chugiak, they've got a clean slate this season. Last year, they finished on the wrong side of .500 (11-13), but they'll be hoping to turn things around this year.

Kenai Central skirted past Chugiak 48-46 in their previous meeting back in February. Will Kenai Central repeat their success, or does Chugiak have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
