After a string of five wins, Brockton's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They came up short against the Acton-Boxborough Revolution, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-11, 25-17.

Santiago Duquette paced Brockton's offense, picking up seven kills. Duquette got some help from Ryan HaRalstead and his 16 assists. Duquette was also solid from the service line: he led the team with two aces.

Brockton's defeat dropped their record down to 16-5. As for Acton-Boxborough, they pushed their record up to 13-6 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home.

As of now, neither Brockton nor the Revolution have any future games scheduled.
