It was a good run, but Harrison Central unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Monday. They took a hard 44-28 fall against the Indian Creek Redskins. Sadly, that's the third time they've come up short against the Huskies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 51-29 back in January.

Several Huskies players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Mikayla Pelegreen, who posted ten points.

Indian Creek's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mckenna Scott, who earned 19 points and five boards. Scott's evening made it three games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. Gracie Klinesmith was another key player, putting up 11 points along with six rebounds and three steals.

Harrison Central's defeat dropped their record down to 15-6. As for Indian Creek, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-8.

Harrison Central will be playing at home against Edison at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Edison will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Harrison Central surely won't give up without a fight. Indian Creek has already played their next matchup (against Oak Glen), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
