Loyd Star scaled the state rankings by moving to 246 from 275 this week, the biggest jump in 2A Region 7. The Hornets were able to make move up by topping Prentiss 13-12.

Loyd Star and the Bulldogs played the closest game in the league this week, with Loyd Star eventually emerging with a 13-12 victory.

West Lincoln's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Lofton Sills threw for 27 yards and Ty Forman had 20 yards receiving. On the ground Javian MacKabee chipped in 144 yards.

The Bears' offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver.
