Fort Collins was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 219 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 153 rushing yards in six consecutive matchups.

When it comes to explaining why Prairie View lost, don't look at Xzavier Medina. Despite the final result, he rushed for 259 yards on only 12 carries. Ondray Reed also deserves some recognition as he rushed for his first rushing yards of the season.

Fort Collins is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 40.5 points over those games.
