Basketball Recap: River Falls Comes Up Short

River Falls lost against Superior back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The River Falls Wildcats took a 48-34 bruising from the Superior Spartans. The game marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

River Falls has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-6 record this season. As for Superior, their victory bumped their record up to 8-10.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the River Falls Wildcats face off against the Chippewa Falls Cardinals at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Superior, they will face off against Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia] at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
