Softball Recap: Valley Takes a Loss

Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They came up short against the Mojave Rattlers, falling 13-3. If the Vikings were looking for revenge after losing 37-17 to the Rattlers when the teams met back in March of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Valley saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Crystal Enriquez, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Valley's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Mojave, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-4.

Valley wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 27-11 defeat against The Meadows School on the 27th. As for Mojave, they will take on Clark at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
