Softball Recap: Twin Valley Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Twin Valley's offense. They came up short against the Proctor Phantoms on Monday, falling 16-0. The Wildcats just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Twin Valley saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tori Dix, who went 1-for-2 with one double. Leann Crafts also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Twin Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Proctor, the win keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Twin Valley will take on Poultney at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Proctor, they will host West Rutland at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
