Soccer Recap: Valley Comes Up Short

Valley lost against Eufaula back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Rams fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 2-1. That's two games in a row now that Valley have lost by just one goal.

Their goal came courtesy of Miguel Sosa, who's now up to two this season.

Valley is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-4-1. As for Eufaula, they pushed their record up to 12-4-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Valley will head out on the road to take on Russell County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Eufaula, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 4-0 win against Carroll on the 3rd.
