Softball Preview: Napoleon Wildcats vs. Northview Wildcats

Having struggled with five defeats in a row, Napoleon turned things around against Wauseon on Wednesday. They walked away with a 12-7 victory over the Indians.
Kendall Horner (Jr) spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and three unearned) runs on eight hits and racked up nine Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Faith Rubinstein (Jr) was incredible, firing off two home runs and five RBI while going 2-for-4. Those five RBI gave her a new career-high. Jessica Patterson (Jr) was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double.
