Football Recap: Lehman Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Lehman extended their losing streak to four on Thursday, dropping them down to 1-6. They took a blow against the A&M Consolidated Tigers, falling 62-0. While losing is never fun, the Lobos can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 756th, while the Tigers are ranked 59th).

As for A&M Consolidated, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. Their offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

While passing duties were split, you can't argue with the impact Holt Goodwin and Amarian Moore both made on the game. Goodwin rushed for 100 yards and one score while Moore threw for 138 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes. The dominant performance also gave Moore a new career-high in passer rating (160.4). Braylen Dickson was another key player, picking up 83 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.

Coincidentally, Lehman and A&M Consolidated will both be playing Hendrickson the next time they take the field. The Tigers will host the Hawks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Lobos will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on the 23rd.
