Softball Recap: Chaska Hawks vs. Chanhassen Storm

Chaska entered their tilt with Chanhassen with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They came out on top against the Chanhassen Storm by a score of 12-8 on Tuesday. For Chaska, this counts as revenge for the 4-3 defeat Chanhassen walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2023.

Corina Coppersmith made a big impact no matter where she played. She pitched four innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits. Coppersmith was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.
