A well-balanced attack led Rabun County over Banks County in every quarter on their way to victory on Tuesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Rabun County Wildcats blew the Banks County Leopards out of the water with an 81-48 final score. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 25 points or more this season.

Rabun County's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Huey Blalock, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 12 assists. Blalock's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Reed Burrell was another key player, going 6 for 9 from beyond the arc on his way to 24 points and five rebounds.

Rabun County's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-3. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 32.8 points. As for Banks County, their loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 8-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rabun County will square off against Providence Christian Academy at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Rabun County is facing Providence Christian Academy at the right time seeing as Providence Christian Academy is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Banks County, they will face off against Athens Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
