Recap: Huguenot Falcons vs. Cosby Titans

The Huguenot Falcons suffered their biggest defeat yet this season on Friday. They suffered a rough 55-30 defeat at the hands of Cosby. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Huguenot has scored all season.

Huguenot's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kaemon Smith, who scored nine points along with three blocks. Another player making a difference was Duddey Edwards-Carter, who scored eight points along with three steals.

Huguenot struggled to work together and finished the game with only three assists. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.

Huguenot now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Cosby, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-4.

Huguenot will head out on the road to take on Manchester at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Manchester knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past 13 matchups -- so hopefully Huguenot likes a good challenge. As for Cosby, they will be playing in front of their home fans against James River Midlothian at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
