It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Baldwin had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. In a tight matchup that could have gone either way, they made off with a 50-49 victory over the Heritage Generals. The win was familiar territory for the Braves, who have now won 11 contests in a row.

Baldwin was led to victory by Janaye Walker and Kassidy Neal. Walker almost dropped a double-double with 21 points and nine rebounds, while Neal shot 42% from the field to rack up 19 points and eight boards. The game was Walker's fourth in a row with at least 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Trinia Lawrence, who posted six points.

Baldwin was working as a unit and finished the game with ten assists. They are 22-2 when they've passed the ball that well.

Baldwin's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 24-6. As for Heritage, their loss ended a ten-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 24-7.

Baldwin didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 62-55 win against Fayette County on the 28th. Heritage does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
