Jal is 10-0 against Tatum since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Jal Panthers will venture away from home to face off against the Tatum Coyotes at 7:00 p.m. Jal will be strutting in after a victory while Tatum will be coming in after a loss.

It was a proper cat-fight when Jal challenged Capitan on Saturday. Jal enjoyed a cozy 58-43 win over Capitan.

Meanwhile, Tatum ended up a good deal behind Lubbock T on Saturday and lost 62-47. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Coyotes came into the matchup with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 114th in New Mexico, while the Titans are ranked 1535th in Texas).

Tatum dropped their record down to 5-11 with the defeat, which was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Jal, the victory got them back to even at 7-7.

Jal strolled past Tatum when the teams last played two weeks ago by a score of 68-49. Will Jal repeat their success, or does Tatum have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
