Recap: Charles Page Sandites vs. Owasso Rams
The Charles Page Sandites lost against the Owasso Rams back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Charles Page took a hard 61-43 fall against Owasso. Charles Page has not had much luck with Owasso recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
Despite the loss, Charles Page still got an impressive performance from Deke Thompson, who scored 28 points along with seven rebounds. Khalil Allen was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with 12 rebounds.
Charles Page has been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-6 record this season. As for Owasso, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-2.
Charles Page will be playing at home against Enid at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Enid will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Oklahoma Rankings (they are ranked 126th, while Charles Page is ranked 40th). Owasso will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Edmond Memorial at 7:30 p.m. on January 30th.
