Stanton is 8-2 against Tekamah-Herman since January of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. Having just played yesterday, the Mustangs will head out on the road to face off against the Tigers at 4:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Stanton is leaving town to face Tekamah-Herman after disappointing their home crowd in their season opener. The Mustangs were beaten by Howells-Dodge 73-22 on Friday.

Meanwhile, Tekamah-Herman had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 59-38 to Pender on Friday. The loss continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Pendragons: they've now lost six in a row.

Stanton couldn't quite get it done against Tekamah-Herman in their previous matchup back in December of 2024 as they fell 60-49. Can the Mustangs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
