Preview: KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate Panthers vs. Sutton Sammies
After two games on the road, KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate is heading back home. They will take on The Sutton Sammies at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.
Last Saturday, KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate was just a hair shy of victory and fell 41-40 to Manchester Essex. Despite running the score up even higher than they did back in October (36), KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate still had to take the loss.
Meanwhile, Sutton entered their tilt with North with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. Sutton took down North 33-16 on Saturday.
Landon Dulmaine continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 115 yards and three touchdowns on only 11 carries. Dulmaine was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 60 yards.
KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate's loss dropped their record down to 6-2. As for Sutton, their win was their third straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 6-2.
