More than 54,000 fans watch Allen beat Pearland in Texas football final

Allen knocks off Pearland to capture its second-consecutive 5A-I state title.

Allen (Texas) defeated Pearland (Texas) 63-28 to capture its second-straight Class 5A-I state title.

The crowd, at more than 54,000 fans, is believed to be the largest ever to watch a high school football game in Texas.
