Basketball Game Preview: Lake Hamilton Wolves vs. Benton Panthers

The Lake Hamilton Wolves are taking a road trip to take on the Benton Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Last Tuesday, Lake Hamilton came up short against Lakeside and fell 77-66. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (61), the Wolves still had to take the loss.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Benton). They took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 70-16 victory over Pine Bluff. The win was familiar territory for the Panthers, who have now won six contests in a row.

Benton's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-7. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 33.7 points. As for Lake Hamilton, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-10.
