Volleyball Recap: Sand Creek Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Sand Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Erie-Mason Eagles. If the Aggies were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Eagles when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Sand Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6-1. As for Erie-Mason, they pushed their record up to 7-4 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Sand Creek will face off against rival Summerfield at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Erie-Mason is set to challenge their familiar foe Morenci at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
