Elkmont posted their closest win since September 10, 2024 on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Good Hope Raiders 2-1. For the Red Devils, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 victory the Raiders walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2023.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Elkmont who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 27-25, 21-25, 15-8.

Elkmont's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Good Hope, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-11.
