Basketball Recap: Bard Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Bard scored the most points they've had this season on Monday, but it wasn't enough. They took a blow against the Coolidge Colts, falling 100-73. The Falcons haven't had much luck with the Colts recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Bard lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Andre Wright, who dropped a double-double with 22 points and 11 rebounds. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Travoda Jagne was another key player, putting up 19 points and four steals.

It was another big night for Eric Turner, who shot 6-for-10 from long range and dropped a triple-double with 44 points, 15 boards, and ten assists for Coolidge. Turner has been hot for a while, having posted eight or more rebounds the last nine times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Cash Wilson, who shot 56% from the field to rack up 17 points.

Bard now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Coolidge, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Bard has already played their next contest, a 73-71 defeat against Severna Park on the 16th. As for Coolidge, they will head out to take on Cardozo at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
