Basketball Recap: Ninety Six Beats Calhoun Falls Charter for Their Third Straight Win

If Calhoun Falls Charter wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Ninety Six, they should've done a better job of containing Janiyah Squire. The Ninety Six Wildcats put the hurt on the Calhoun Falls Charter Blue Flashes with a sharp 54-34 win on Friday thanks in part to Squire, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 18 boards. The game was her third in a row with at least ten points.

Tatiana Roper was another key player, putting up 11 points along with six assists and five boards. Roper is also crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least four every time she's taken the court this season.

When it comes to explaining why Calhoun Falls Charter lost, don't look at Autumn Thomas. Despite the final result, she posted 22 points and six rebounds.
