Powdersville smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in seven consecutive games.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Southside Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They secured a 55-49 W over Carolina Academy on Friday. The Sabres haven't had any issues with the Trojans recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Powdersville is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 contests, which provided a massive bump to their 16-8 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.8 points over those games. As for Southside Christian, the victory got them back to even at 11-11.

Everything came up roses for Powdersville against Southside Christian in their previous meeting on Wednesday, as the team secured an 85-50 win.
