Basketball Recap: Windsor Comes Up Short

Windsor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Franklin Broncos, falling 74-24. The Dukes were not able to make up for their loss to the Broncos from their previous meeting back in January of 2024.

Windsor's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Franklin, their win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-8.

Windsor will face off against Appomattox Regional Governor's Arts & Tech at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Franklin, they are taking a road trip to challenge Surry County at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
