Softball Recap: Spackenkill's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

Thursday just wasn't the day for Spackenkill's offense. They lost 12-0 to the Rondout Valley Ganders on Thursday. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, the Spartans' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Having lost for the first time this season, Spackenkill fell to 2-1. As for Rondout Valley, they now also have a winning record of 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Spackenkill is set to take on their familiar foe New Paltz at 11:00 a.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Rondout Valley will face off against rival Wallkill at 12:00 p.m. on Monday.
