Holy Name's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They took down the Elyria Catholic Panthers 24-7. This was payback for the Green Wave, who suffered a 13-3 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Holy Name's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 5-3. As for Elyria Catholic, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-5.
