Basketball Recap: Terrell Academy Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Terrell Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 52-45 to the Southwest Georgia Academy Warriors. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February.

Terrell Academy now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Southwest Georgia Academy, they pushed their record up to 1-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Terrell Academy will head out to square off against Westwood at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Southwest Georgia Academy, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Grace Christian Academy at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. The Warriors will be up against the Cougars' rather soft defense (which has allowed 55.33 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
