Volleyball Game Preview: Chicago Sullivan Tigers vs. Clark Eagles

The Chicago Sullivan Tigers will head out on the road to take on the Clark Eagles at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Clark took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Chicago Sullivan, who comes in off a win.

Chicago Sullivan took a loss when they played away from home last Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Wednesday. They came out on top against Phoenix Military by a score of 2-0.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Chicago Sullivan took both sets by at least 13 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-11.

Meanwhile, Clark was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to Mather.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-16.

Chicago Sullivan's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Clark, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.

Chicago Sullivan beat Clark 2-0 in their previous meeting back in April of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
