Basketball Recap: Waelder Takes a Loss

Waelder was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 22nd straight defeat dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Moulton Bobkatz and fell 86-3. The Wildcats were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 50-0.

Waelder's loss dropped their record down to 0-17. As for Moulton, their win was their 11th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 27-4.

Waelder will welcome Runge at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Moulton, they will head out on the road to square off against Austwell-Tivoli at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
