Volleyball Recap: Bishop Guertin Takes a Loss

Bishop Guertin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Timberlane Owls.

Bishop Guertin's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Timberlane, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bishop Guertin will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Londonderry at 4:30 p.m. on May 5. After both having extra time off, Timberlane and Hollis-Brookline will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:45 p.m. on May 5. The Cavaliers will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Owls surely won't give up without a fight.
