Basketball Recap: Pennridge Rams vs. Neshaminy Skins

Pennridge lost against Neshaminy back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Pennridge Rams fell 61-49 to the Neshaminy Skins. The loss was the Rams' first of the season.

Max Currie was his usual excellent self, almost dropping a double-double on 16 points and nine boards for Neshaminy. Currie continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last four games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Cadenn Amati, who went 6 of 9 on his way to 12 points.

Pennridge's defeat dropped their record down to 3-1. As for Neshaminy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Pennridge will venture away from home to face off against Central Bucks East at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Neshaminy, they will host Council Rock South at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Neshaminy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51 points per game this season.
