Soccer Recap: Chapin Comes Up Short

Chapin lost against El Paso back in March of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Chapin Huskies lost 3-0 to the El Paso Tigers.

Chapin's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-3. As for El Paso, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-2-1.

Chapin and El Paso should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. Chapin will challenge Jefferson at 10:30 p.m. on Saturday up 285 places (153 vs. 438). Similarly, El Paso (ranked 142nd) will meet Andress (ranked 474th) at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
