Conrad managed to slip by Huntley Project the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Cowboys came up short against the Red Devils on Friday, falling 28-13. On the bright side, the 13- run effort marked the Cowboys' highest-scoring match to date.

Daisy Stanley and Sierra Dockter stepped up to the plate in a big way. Stanley went a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI, two doubles, and one stolen base, while Dockter scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-3. Emily Thompson was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4.

Conrad has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season. Huntley Project's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3.

Conrad wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 15-0 victory against Custer County on the 12th. Huntley Project has also already played their next match (against Cut Bank), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
