Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Bristol Bonanno and Kennedy Brown Lead Shiloh Christian to Victory

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Siloam Springs, Shiloh Christian was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Greenwood Bulldogs. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Shiloh Christian got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the second set. The final score came out to 25-22, 30-32, 25-22, 25-2.

Leading Shiloh Christian to victory were Kennedy Brown and Bristol Bonanno. Brown had 12 digs and two aces, while Bonanno had 27 digs and three assists. Brown has been hot, having also posted 12 or more assists the last five times she's played.

When it comes to explaining why Greenwood lost, don't look at Abrey Jureka. Despite the final result, she had 13 digs and two aces.

The win snapped Shiloh Christian's losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 18-13-1 record. As for Greenwood, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 15-16.
