Ralston Valley had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They were the clear victors by a 29-6 margin over the Chatfield Chargers on Saturday. Considering the Mustangs have won nine games by more than 19 points this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Ralston Valley's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ashlyn Callahan, who picked up 123 receiving yards and three touchdowns. That's the most receiving touchdowns Callahan has posted since back in August. The team also got some help courtesy of Kailyn Korkus, who threw for 300 yards and four TDs while completing 71.7% of her passes.

Ralston Valley's defense stepped up as well, laying out Sadie Goodwin eight times. That dominant display was truly a team effort as four different players picked up one apiece.

Ralston Valley's record now sits at 13-3. As for Chatfield, they now have a losing record of 8-9.

Ralston Valley has already played their next contest, a 26-25 victory against Cherry Creek on the 18th. Chatfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
