Basketball Recap: Bishop Montgomery Takes a Loss

Bishop Montgomery lost against St. Paul back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Bishop Montgomery Knights received a blow as they fell 56-41 to the St. Paul Swordsmen. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bishop Montgomery suffered their first road defeat, dropping their record down to 10-6. As for St. Paul, their record is now an identical 10-6.

Bishop Montgomery will take on St. Anthony at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for St. Paul, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against St. Joseph at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in St. Joseph's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
