Basketball Recap: Friday's Win Is Saluda's Fourth in Last Five Outings

Saluda won the last time they faced Strom Thurmond and things went their way on Friday too. The Saluda Tigers came out on top against the Strom Thurmond Rebels by a score of 29-22.

Saluda has also been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. As for Strom Thurmond, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 5-10.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Ninety Six the next time they take the court. Saluda will host Ninety Six at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, while Strom Thurmond will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
