Volleyball Recap: Hammond Morton Triumphs

After losing to Lake Station Edison the last time they met, Hammond Morton decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Governors walked away with a 2-0 win over the Fighting Eagles on Saturday.

While Hammond Morton won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-23.

Coincidentally, Hammond Morton and Lake Station Edison will both be playing Hebron the next time they take the court. The Fighting Eagles will host the Hawks at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Governors will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
