Basketball Recap: Somerset Berkley Regional Beats Old Rochester Regional for Their 12th Straight Victory

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Somerset Berkley Regional). They claimed a resounding 88-56 victory over the Old Rochester Regional Bulldogs. The Raiders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Leading Somerset Berkley Regional to victory were Brendan Mcdonald and Colten Pacheco. Mcdonald shot 4-for-6 from deep and dropped a triple-double on 14 points, ten boards, and 13 assists, while Pacheco went 8 of 10 en route to 19 points. That's the most rebounds Mcdonald has posted since back in January of 2024. Maxwell Finlaw was another key player, putting up nine points and three blocks.
