Basketball Game Preview: Owings Mills Golden Eagles vs. Woodlawn Warriors

The Owings Mills Golden Eagles will venture away from home to face off against the Woodlawn Warriors at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Owings Mills' offense hasn't had much luck over their past ten games, but Monday's match will give them a chance to turn things around.

Last Thursday, Owings Mills had to suffer through a 46-5 loss at the hands of Loch Raven. That's two games in a row now that the Golden Eagles have lost by exactly 41 points.

Meanwhile, Woodlawn was just a bucket shy of victory on Friday and fell 39-38 to Parkville. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Owings Mills' loss dropped their record down to 0-12-1. As for Woodlawn, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-12.

Owings Mills came up short against Woodlawn in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, falling 50-40. Can Owings Mills avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
