Volleyball Recap: Beech Takes a Loss

Beech's tournament run continued when they took on Goodpasture Christian on Saturday. The Buccaneers fell just short of the Cougars by a score of 2-1.

Beech's loss dropped their record down to 7-9-1. As for Goodpasture Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season.

Coincidentally, Beech and Goodpasture Christian will both be playing Liberty Creek the next time they take the court. The Buccaneers will host the Wolves at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Cougars will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
