Soccer Game Preview: Spruce vs. Polytechnic

The Spruce Timberwolves will take on the Polytechnic Parrots in a tournament on Thursday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Spruce is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Sunset back in December of 2025. The Timberwolves and the Bison finished up their contest with a 0-0 draw.

Meanwhile, Polytechnic didn't have quite enough to beat Lake Belton on Saturday and fell 2-1.

Polytechnic's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. Spruce's draw gives them a new season record of 1-0-1.
